About

Constant pressure at work doesn’t have to feel heavy.

Graduate school, licensing exams, and high-stakes professional demands can quietly take over your life. Your mind stays active even when you’re exhausted.

Studying or preparing feels tense instead of productive, and minor setbacks can spiral into overthinking, anxiety, and self-criticism.

Working together is structured, calm, and focused. When you sit down for a session, there’s no need to perform or explain everything perfectly.

We slow the pace and focus on how pressure and mental overload are showing up right now – in your thinking, emotions, and daily habits.

Sessions are practical and grounded.

We will look at the patterns that keep stress high and build tools that help you respond differently under pressure.

Instead of running on fear or exhaustion, the work supports steadier focus, emotional regulation, and more intentional progress.

Many clients are surprised by how relieving it feels to step out of constant mental noise. Over time, thinking becomes clearer, emotional reactions settle, and challenges feel more manageable.

After several months, clients often report feeling more confident, less reactive, and better able to handle demanding goals without burning themselves out.

Helping clients cope with pressure is my goal.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. My primary focus is working with graduate students and professionals pursuing advanced degrees or preparing for licensing exams who feel overwhelmed by sustained pressure.

My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral coaching and structured, skills-based work. I value clarity, focus, and practical tools that clients can use between sessions.

The goal is to help you understand how your mind and nervous system respond under pressure and to build strategies that support steadier progress.

Outside of sessions…

I value balance and perspective – time away from constant demands, staying active, and creating space to reset.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools that actually fit real-world demands.
